An Odyssey of Learning
My formal education includes earning a Bachelor of Science in Education from Georgia Southern College, a Master of Divinity from Duke University, and a Master of Social Work from Smith College.
Throughout my life I have devoted time and energy to creating sacred space for ritual, ceremony, sharing, and being. I have a deep and abiding appreciation for the earth and our intimate, inter-dependent relationship with it and with one another. I have often been an ’energy midwife’ within institutions, with individuals, and with groups.
This aspect was demonstrated in 1989 when I became the first openly gay candidate to complete the ordination process within the Metropolitan Boston Association of the United Church of Christ.
As well, this energetic midwifery found expression when I engaged in counseling sessions as a psychotherapist, as I sit with someone who is dropping their earthly body to enter the Ocean of Spirit, and when I offer any number of energy work techniques to others.

When I was first guided to read my own Akashic Record, I realized that this was a “place” I had entered many times in numerous ways over the years, without recognizing it as the Akasha.

Now I use the Pathway Prayer Process© - as well as other specifically-focused prayers - to intentionally enter the Records and create the container for the readings.
When I enter my own Akashic Records, I am continually awed at the clarity, wisdom, and compassion offered which guides me to deeper levels of healing past wounds, breaking free of limiting patterns, beliefs, and behaviors, and taking action to become my most authentic self.
I find it a delight to enter the sacred space of the Akasha to be received by its gentle, vital energy. I especially love sharing this experience with others.
The people with whom I sit hold an array of spiritual or philosophical perspectives. Howsoever the planets of your Universe are posited, and in whatever realms you find meaning, I honor them as important elements of your whole self.
Our current era on Earth seems an especially powerful, challenging, and inspiring time for humankind. In this time of transition and transformation, I aspire to embrace the Light within me, be a presence of Love in the world, and be an ally for those wishing to experience their Divine Nature. In doing so, we are all freed to follow our unique path as creative dreamers.
I have studied and practiced a multitude of energy healing modalities, weaving them into my own healing and my work with clients over several decades.

In recent years I have deepened and broadened my own spiritual journey, as I have stepped away from offering service in institutions, larger systems, and societally-defined roles.
Opening the Akashic Records and reflecting the expansive, loving vantage point of the Masters, Teachers, and Loved Ones is, for me, a profound way to join with others. Entering the Records is an invitation to step into the fullness of our innate creation. As such, it presents an opportunity to honor the unfolding and uplifting of our human souls at this time in our history.
